  2. I really enjoyed Jessie’s Tuesday night class in Bantry. The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxed. Jessie went at a nice pace and explained each pose really well. The mediation at the end was such a treat and I loved the lavender scented beanbags to cover our eyes!

  3. Hi Jessie… Just wanted to say that I have really enjoyed your classes. I find that you explain the movements very clearly and this helps to be more at one with my body and the movements…. I find this really relaxing. I feel much stronger and more balanced after a yoga session with you. Also I love the time that you give for relaxation at the end. Thank you.

I’ve been going to Jessie’s tuesday eve yoga classes for over 5 year’s i really enjoy it and rarely miss a class,i enjoy every aspect of it from the physical workouts to the more spiritual side of it ie meditations and relaxations. Jessie has a great way of deliverying her teaching and is able to make make everyone relax with her lovely calm personality and her classes are very inclusive all ages and abilities

  5. I’v been attending Jessies Tuesday Eve class for a few weeks now, before that I was attending the Monday Evening classes. Before this I had very limited experience with yoga, but attending Jessies yoga classes has given me confidence to push when I am able and to listen when my body isn’t up to the task.

    Jessie is a great teacher who keeps an eye on the group and offers adjustments to poses when needed. I would highly recommend attending Jessies yoga classes even if just for the peace of mind the relaxation gives you at the end! Lovely teacher and calming atmosphere- great if you have a hectic lifestyle and need to give your head a break 🙂

  6. Hi jessie, do you do one to yoga.. if so would you be able to do Monday morning or Friday morning, they are the only days I can do..thanks.

      I do one to one classes. Unfortunately I’m not available on Monday Morning at present. I can do Wednesday afternoon/evenings if thats any good??. Come March I should have some availability on Monday mornings though.
